JOB OBJECTIVES:
Safeguarding the precious metal vault inventory of the PGM plant;
Management of Vault Operations, inclusive of verifying all P.M. movements, maintenance of accurate records, controlling inventory levels and reporting/managing melt activities and metal distribution center in China

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To setup the plant vault operational procedures and knowledge transfer from PM sites located in the United States and Europe;
2. To safeguard the precious metal vault inventory and all movements of it in accordance with precious metal control policy and procedure and vault policy;
3. To schedule precious metal movements/packaging in conjunction with production management and customer orders;
4. To supervise and direct material handling and documentation of all precious metal movement;
5. To prepare reports on the status of inventory balances including aging of balances and reporting of slow moving inventory;
6. To taking of cycle count and audited annual physical inventory to verify balances on the vault perpetual records;
7. To reconciliation of inventory balances with the theory records;
8. To be responsible for metal movement & receipt;
9. To be responsible for metal consumption from vault to S&S and refining, and also for melting;
10. To manage the setup of handling unit in SAP and relevant maintenance;
11. To lead the distribution for BMSL metal trading business in China;
12. To provide with Pm solutions inventory and shipment management;
13. To be responsible for W/h management: Other material receipt and movement, and inventory management;
14. To be responsible for physically handling material if necessary

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor or above in business or accounting
2. 3-5 years' experience in accounting or inventory management, PGM control experience preferred
3. Familiar with Windows 2000 or XP and Office software and SAP
4. Proficiency in both Chinese and English language is required.
5. Must be good in both spoken and written. ECT-4 or above
