1. Formulate financial strategic planning, organize the establishment of financial management and control system, and establish and improve the financial control system according to the enterprise development strategy.

3. Full responsibility for all financial processes and matters, setting, maintaining, and improving company financial management policies and procedures.

4. Runs a tight finance operation to ensure the cost centers are efficient and effective.
严格的财务操作，确保成本中心的效率和有效性；
5. Regularly organize financial analysis, review financial statements and submit financial management reports.
组织财务分析，审核财务报表，提交财务管理工作报告；
6. Responsible for the department team building and staff training, and the development of internal financial indicators.
部门团队建设及员工培养，制定财务內部相关指标；
7. Assist in the relationship with tax, banking and other related functional departments.

任职要求：

1. Bachelor degree or above in finance.
制大学本科以上学历，财务类相关专业；
2. 10 years financial management experience at least, more than 3 years management experience in the same position.
以上财务管理工作经验，三年以上同岗位管理经验；
3. Familiar with accounting, auditing, taxation, financial management and other related laws and regulations and enterprise financial system and process;
会计、审计、税务、财务管理等相关法律法规及企业财务制度和流程；
4. Excellent cost management, risk control and financial analysis skills.

5. Strategic thinker with out-standing analytical and problem solving skills. A positive can-do attitude and willingness to tackle problems.
