Work Location: Jinshan Distrct-Jinshanwei, Shanghai (shuttle bus provided)
Reporting to: QC Manager
People Management Responsibility: Yes

Objective of position:
To organize the quality control of raw material, packaging material, intermediate and final product in line with specifications and test methods;
To make sure all the instruments are smoothly, and ensure and organize the regular calibration and maintenance of the QC lab instruments in accordance with standard procedures:
To develop new test method and optimize existing test method;
To issue Q investigation findings/results based on instrumental techniques;
To set up and maintain the industrial Hygiene related activities in the company;
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.To be responsible for work instruction/standard operation procedure,record format.etc. in QC;
2.To develop new test method and optimize existing test method,especially on instrumental analysis.
3.To arrange external sample service analysis and ensure regular calibration&maintenance of lab instruments;
4.To validate all analysis & test results and new/improved test instruction, applying statistical techniques;
5.To set up the Industrial Hygiene Implemental Procedure and related QC plan according to the Guideline from BASF, Set up and carry out Hygiene In-Process control method;
6.To provide training to sub-ordinates for basic know-how in QC. And hold necessary training on Industrial Hyfiene for relevant persons.
7.To assist and provide consulting to workshops on Manufacturing Hygiene standard as per procedure;
8.To coorinate extraordinary QC requirements/with workshop,warehouse,SHE and other departments;
9.To investigate quality incidents or complaint related issues by applying state of the art instrumental techniques;
10.To carry out the works required by line manager of company's management;
REQUIREMENTS:
1.Education: Bachelor or above
2.Working Experience:Minimum 5 years QC experience in chemical industry
3.Technical and Professional Knowledge.
