Experienced Semiconductor Packaging Engineer

to be the first line support for the outsourced operation in Shenzhen.

Responsibilities
As a Packaging Engineer your primary task is to follow up on the semiconductor packaging of the Wafer Optics products in the outsourced production in Shenzhen
- Be first in line contact for the outsourced operation,
- Analyse rejects and abnormalities in the daily operations
- Define and implement an improved way of working as described in updated work instructions
- Make fact based suggestions for process improvements to development in Eindhoven
- Prepare and implement improvements from development in the outsourced operations.

Profile
You are a Packaging Engineer with minimum 3 years of hands on experience working with semiconductor back-end equipment and processes such as die-bonding/pick and place, over moulding and dicing.
You combine analytical skills with hands-on mentality.
You are an excellent communicator, fluent in Mandarin and English, and can take the technical lead in discussions with suppliers and project teams.
You can use 8D reports as a tracker for problem reports, and have been involved in customer audits in the past.
You are ready for a next career step and are eager to take up this challenging role as independent support engineer.
