Job Description
Handle all customers enquiries and samples request for all countries.
Coordinate with Planning and Shipping to ensure that shipment is affected according to Customer delivery schedule and requirements
Plan delivery based on weekly shipment schedule, outstanding order list, inventory list, outstanding Marketing orders and daily packed figure.
Update shipment schedule and outstanding order list when order confirmation is received Thereafter weekly update of such reports.
Advise customers and Country Managers of their outstanding orders monthly.
Liaise with customers on opening of L/C.
Monitor order amendment.
Follow-up and coordinate internally for all Product Discrepancy Reports (PDR),
Attend Production meetings and Material Review Board Meetings (MRB) on a weekly basis.
Assist in forecasting and Production Planning.
Update Price List every half-yearly.
Raise purchase order.
File all correspondence and enquiries in "Country" files
Perform local deliveries as directed.
Maintain good housekeeping and safety in Warehouse.
Any other duties assigned by your superior.
Requirements
College above in international trade/Logistic with minimum 2 years of working experience
Computer literate
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good interpersonal relations skills
Knowledge of SAP module in SD/PP/MM module would be advantageous
