Position Responsibilities
"1. Following all the routings from overseas offices
"2. Contacting the suppliers to provide the necessary information to overseas for shipping instruction
"3. operation and documentation to well proceeding the shipments
"4. Preparing the DEBIT NOTE and PRE-ALERT to overseas
"5. Assisting to close the file for accounting dept
"6. Making the shipping report to overseas office according to the specific client's request
"7. Helping manager to improve service quality
Requirements
1. College Degree or above
2. At least 1 year relevant experience in foreign freight forwarding company
3. Knowledge of nomination cargo handling procedure
4. Knowledge of sea, air import and export business is helpful
5. Good reaction of the market and communication skills with people
6. Team work spirit, self-motivated, detail-oriented, be able to work under pressure, very organized
7. Good in written and spoken English with goods computer skills, familiar with MS Office
