Job Description:Exciting opportunities awaits you at Micron’s fast growing Shanghai Design Center. As a Firmware Automation Engineer in Micron, you will work with an exceptionally talented core team based in Shanghai, to develop cutting-edge advanced controller firmware for NAND-based mass storage products in the consumer and enterprise segments. In this position, you will be part of the team that design, and implement automation mechanism for firmware development of multiple products. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with fellow US based firmware engineers and system hardware design engineers, product engineers, Flash memory design engineers, to solve cross-functional issues. Responsibilities:
Configuring Test/Firmware Release automation system
Creating scripts to record test results and archive test artifacts
Automating testing result reporting, generating reports on a daily and weekly basis
Setting up software tool for firmware development and validation under Windows/Linux platform
Monitoring and optimizing public system efficiency like image building
In time response for urgent automation system exception handling
Requirements:
Experience scripting with Linux Shell language, Python language and C language
Experience developing scripts under Linux
Knowledge of storage products and storage protocols will be a plus
Knowledge of Linux MAKEFILE and/or driver development will be a plus
Score requirement: passed all the tests not including makeup score.
Ability to present at duty 3-5 days per week.

Continuous study and perform progressively
Education
2020 MS degree graduation in Electronic Engineering or Computer Science or other related engineering field.
