· Preparing interim financial statements and consolidated reports 准备内部管理财务报表和内部管理合并报表。

· Bookkeeping and balancing for inventory calculation 存货核算记账和试算。

· Regular and ad hoc reporting 常规和特别报告。

· Supervise stock take, keep the inventory in a reasonable volume. Calculating and analyzing the inventory value

  accurately. Working with warehouse manager to establish inventory management system include but not limited

  to stock take regularly. 监督库存盘点，保持库存维持在合理水平。准确计算和分析存货值。和仓库经理合作建立库存管理

  体系不仅仅包括定期存货盘点。

· Check the inventory value provided by warehouse manager and make sure it keeps line with the one from finance

  modules. 检查仓库经理提供的库存账面价值的正确性，保证这个数据和财务模块里的库存账面价值保持一致。

· Inventories writte off accurately and register the company inventory accounting method in the tax authority. 准确

  核算存货核销，并在税务机关备案公司的库存核销方法。

· Attend the company ERP improvement plan together with division manager. 和部门经理一起参加公司ERP优化方案。

· Please finalize work timely according to the deadline.请按时完成工作。

· Other tasks division manager set. 部门经理布置的其他工作。

任职要求：

· Bachelor degree 本科学历

· Experience with bookkeeping, balancing and preparing financial statements 记账，试算和财务报表的经验

· Experience with data extraction and reporting 数据提取和报告的经验

· Written and oral proficiency in English and Chinese 英语和汉语的读写能力

· Excel super user 极强的Excel技能

· Strong coordinator, structured and detail oriented 协调能力强，有规划并且务实
