JOB OBJECTIVES:
-Ensure the job grading database of BASF Greater China is maintained and updated in a timely manner.
-Support to ensure the positions in BASF Greater China is fairly & consistently evaluated.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Job Grading Database
With the support from HR Business Partners, maintain and update job grading database of BASF Greater China timely and accurately.
2. Job Evaluation Project
When job evaluation project occurs either for newly set up organization or for organization restructure, work out project planning, collect necessary documentation, participate together with Strata experts the evaluation workshop, follow up workshop result.
3. Single Position Evaluation
Facilitate the single position evaluation for non-managerial positions independently. Co-facilitate single position evaluation for managerial positions with Strata experts.
4. Promotion Round
Work closely with HR Business Partners, review position grading to support promotion nomination for non-managerial positions.
5. Strata-related Project
Work as a key coordinator to support regional or global strata projects
6. Miscellaneous
Ad hoc tasks requested by supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. At least 5 years HR working experience. Experience with any job evaluation system in either MNC or consulting firm is a must. Experience with chemical industry is a plus.
3. Proficiency in both written and spoken English. Excellent skills in Excel.
4. Good communication and negotiation skills. Good influence and impact skills.
