· Diligently coordinate government permitting approvals related to construction, fire safety, and any other project  permitting requirements between Project Team, Client Team, Landlord/Building Management and other stakeholders.

· Follow company standard regarding documentation control when using company licenses, stamps and documents.

· Lead the client to successfully navigate approvals process with efficient and error-free management.

· Continue to network and build good relationships with related government officials for documentation submissions.

· Remind project team on timely and accurate collection and assembly of project documentation for government submissions · Have knowledge of local regulations for building fit-outs, including similar and different rules in the different Shanghai districts.

· Ad-hoc tasks as project coordinator role when the team workload requires support.
