JOB OBJECTIVES:
To enhance employer branding internally and externally
To enhance the management of BASF GROW Graduates Program
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. HR Communication
l Support Management to promote BASF as an employer to internal and external audiences; drive communication of the BASF employer brand
l Define and deliver HR communication strategies to support recruiting team in managing relationships with external communities that are current or potential sources of talent e.g. universities, scientific associations
l Define and deliver HR communication strategies to support effective management of 3rd party recruiting service providers and advertising channels (e.g. media agencies, websites, newspapers)
l Extend BASF's employer brand and value proposition to ensure sustainable and integrated domestic attraction strategies for all talent segments
l Manage internal and external HR communications activities by e.g. issuing HR newsletter, maintaining Internet Career Webpage & Monitor market and internal feedback to messages and communication
2. GROW Management
l Drive BASF Grow Graduate Program
l Monitors policy implementation and reviews for improvement
l Communicates closely with Guide, Supervisors and HRBP regarding any changes of roadmap and development progress, updates in the CDS
l Registers and Implements centralized training workshops, cooperates with T&D
l Maintains the records of P-rating, training history and roadmap status
l Provides consultation to line managers regarding the GROW trainees' development
l Initiates and coordinates meeting with HRBP, RT, T&D, C&B for Grow related issues if required
l Arranges regular group feedback sessions with the Trainees and managers
l Provides annual status report to HRBP and HR management
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor or above in Business/HR/marketing related discipline
Working Experience: 8 years minimum working experience in communications or HR-related fields
Very good command of Chinese and English (both oral and written)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Creative and innovative
Good organizational awareness
