JOB SUMMARY:

The product/production engineer should provide engineering support for a product or product range through all phases of product development and manufacturing. Activities under the responsibility of the product/production engineer involves BOM management, designing SOP documentation, developing assembly and test methods, supervising and supporting production line, training of line operators etc.up, call back, distribution, design control etc.

Job Description/Requirements:
1 Responsible for the management of BOM lists in ERP system for assigned product range.
2 Design detailed assembly and test SOP documents for sub-assemblies as well as complete assembly of assigned
machine series.
3 Support manufacturing operations in the design of assembly tools, fixtures and production processes.
4 Interpret engineering drawings and schematics to verify requirements before assembly (sample inspection).
5Be able to recommend improvements and modifications to existing products with means to improve assembly methods and quality of product.
6 Be able to hold training for assembly personnel.
7 Supporting engineering change process related to assigned machines.
8 Prepare and analyse data to improve products and assembly processes.
9 Analyse and solve problems in a structured methodological way.
10 Support in the design and development of quality plans for assigned machine series.

Qualifications:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
1 Minimum 4 years bachelor in Engineering field.
2 Minimum 3 years work experience as Product/Production engineer or similar.
3 Good understanding of different production processes.
4 Being familiar with different improvement methods necessary.
5 Demonstrated problem solving ability.
6 Must have experience in reading and interpreting drawings and schematics.
7 Workable English.
8 Should feel comfortable working in a foreign company with English as main language.

OTHER SKILLS & ABILITIES:
1 Good knowledge in Microsoft Office suite
2 Good sense of design of documents
3 3D CAD software experience a plus
4 Ability to pay attention to details
5 Ability to work independently
