Key tasks:

1. Account Receivables

1. Generate and send out e-invoices
2. Maintain e-invoice system data
3. Review AR aging to ensure compliance
4. Communicate with customers to follow up outstanding AR or resolve customer queries

2. APC fulfillment

1. Maintains record of APC orders
2. Co-work with Collection team to contacts authors and follow up on outstanding invoices with authors & agents
3. Liaise with agent on payments to UK

3. Cashier

1. Monitor cash flow position including monthly cash flow forecast
2. Initiate payment via e-banking system
3. Liaise with company banker on banking related arrangement

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Accounting is preferred

Skills/knowledge:

1. China GAAP
2. Tax law and regulations in China
3. Fluent in English

Experience:

0-2 years’ relevant experience
