Responsibility

1. Initiates and maintains effective communication within the Housekeeping Department.

2. Assists in the training, supervision and maintenance of grooming and conductstandards of those personnel within the scope of responsibility.

3. Assists the Executive Housekeeper to control and reduce Departmental expenses

4. Follows up on work performance and assignments of Room Attendants.

5. Maintains an inspection record on a daily basis, including Housekeeping Attendants assignments, residences status and maintenance deficiencies.

6. Assist the Executive Housekeeper prepare annual budget of uniform and linen items.

7. Ensures proper care and usage of equipment, linen lockers, carts, baskets and cleaning and residence supplies.

8. Reports maintenance deficiencies that require immediate attention of the Engineering Department.

9. Prepares daily scheduling of Housekeeping Attendants.

1、确保上下级之间有效的沟通。

2、组织并协助部门内的培训，督导及确保客房部员工的仪容，操作达到标准要求。

3、协助客房部经理控制控制部门内的成本费用，例如人手，布草，工具，物料，用品及制服等。

4、跟进客房服务员的工作分配及工作表现。

5、检查并跟进客房服务员房间清扫的进度，确保维修及清洁达到最高水平，完成每日检查记录包括客房服务员工作分配，客房状况及维修缺陷等。

6、负责执行更新制服及布草盘点工作。

7、其他经理交代事宜等。
