This position is created with three main purposes:

•  Develop relevant document and standardize the equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance SOP, keep all line and equipment in good operation conditions.

• Take leader on all equipment troubleshooting, analyse the equipment failures time to time and improve, implement the routine jobs in the maintenance team.

• Back up for site2 facility.

Job Responsibilities:

• Continue improve the equipment safety for operating and maintenance.

• Equipment reactive and preventative maintenance management, FMEA analyse for improvement opportunity, keep reduce the down time,   including production line and facility.

• Spare parts consumption monitoring and analyse, improve and balance the parts safety stock and inventory costs.

• Focused Improvement for critical equipment problems, technical support for maintenance and production, hands on behaviour to resolve the issues.

• Drive relevant cost saving, sustainability projects.

• Responsible to develop training documents and train the technician in the team, lift up the team skills.

• Develop and implement new projects to improve the production, process, safety and equipment reliability in the plant.

              

任职要求：

- Bachelor above, major in mechatronics;

- Have strong mech and electrical technology and experience, good at different PLC & robot , and skilled on equipment develop;

- Able to support equipment emergency trouble-shootings, willing for 24h standby work type, reasonable distance from home to company location;

- Equipment upgrading project management experience;

- SAP knowledge and experience;

- Familiar with foreign company working requirements, understand or good at LEAN, TPM ect, plastic industrial company experience is preferred;

- Good working attitude; team spirit；willing to take challenge;

- Willing to work under pressure.
