Job Description

1. Adequate product management skills. Capable to maintain excellent customer experience. Regular check the Digital Platform on the market, ensure the competitiveness of our platform in the China market.

2. Business Requirements Identification: Accurately identify the business value behind the business requirement. Be able to dig out the real business purpose and logic implied in the superficial requirements
能精确识别和理解业务需求背后的业务价值，挖掘表面业务需求背后的真实业务目的和逻辑

3. Product Planning and UI Design: Be responsible for System Design Quality. Be able to produce qualified system solution with extraordinary UI/UX design fully meeting the business requirement
能够对产品质量负责，提供完全满足业务需求的卓越解决方案

4. Time Management: Be able to implement robust PM methodology for every project. Define the entire project plan from high level phases to break-down details and ensure that each milestone could be delivered on time with decent quality.
熟练掌握和运用成熟的项目方法论，并确保在每一个项目中，都能按照规划的时间节点，交付高质量的项目成果。

5.Pilot Conduct: Be fully master of mature pilot methodology. Be able to lead the entire pilot process self-governedly.
熟练掌握系统试运行的方法论，能够独立领导完成系统试运行的整个阶段。

6. Rollout Management: Cooperate with rollout team to successfully deploy the systems to 100% active Bosch FRC Workshops and correspondent internal stakeholders
与项目实施团队合作，将系统部署到所有的博世车联加盟门店，和其他相关的内部系统用户

7. Service/Maintenance Management: Define qualified SLA with eco-systems in charge. Monitor SLA KPI periodically and improve the service quality constantly. Resolve special cases and complaints properly.
为所有系统制定高标准的服务等级协议，并负责监控相应的运维指标数据，对运维服务质量进行持续性的改进。同时需要负责妥善处理特殊事件和用户投诉。

8. Marketing: Involve product promotion via online channel, scope out customer demand and conduct continuous improvement by monitoring products running results, collecting user feedback and analyzing user behavior statistic data.
营销相关：参与产品的在线推广，通过监测产品的运行结果，挖掘客户需求，进行产品的持续改进

9. Product Operation: Responsible for relevant inter-departmental daily communication and data analysis, coordinate with Business Development and Marketing Department in activities planning and execution.
产品运营：负责相关的跨部门日常交流和产品运营数据分析，与业务扩展，和市场部合作进行活动策划和执行

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above majored in Computer Science or Information Technology System Development or other relevant subjects
具备计算机科学或信息系统开发方向的本科及以上学历

2. More than 6-year experience in Enterprise Eco-systems such as ERP, DMS, CRM.
至少8年的大型企业生态系统（ERP,DMS，CRM）管理经验

3. Strategic thinking, has the ability to define the short term and long term target of business strategy. Strongly business value oriented.
具备战略思维，能够明确业务战略的短期和长期目标，具备很强的业务价值认知能力。

4. Familiar with WeChat Mini-program solutions and APP client application solutions on both iOS and Android.
熟悉微信移动端解决方案，和APP客户端应用程序解决方案（包括iOS和Android）

5. Logic thinking and good communication with different stakeholders like end users, business department, internal IT department and external service provider.
具备良好的逻辑思维能力，和与不同的利益相关者（如终端门店用户、业务部门、内部IT部门和外部服务供应商）进行沟通的能力

6. Fluent English communication skills in both speaking and writing.
熟练掌握英语的听说读写
