MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Understand the respective order management process and perform independentlydaily order operation. (i.e. managing the customer orders, monitoring orderdocuments and AR, keeping customer master up-to-date, updating sales timely for ongoing orders, and responding to the customer about the order states as well as the non-conformity handling update efficiently and effectively)
2. Operate correctly with the application systems (i.e.SAP/e-solution/LN/Microsoftoffice and office equipment), ensure the clean and reliable data pool in system forassigned customers
3. Keep an ordinary working space and setup a clear filing system to enable the reliable backup operation;
4. Team player and cooperative within OTC community (i.e. S/M, FU, EHS etc)


REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor degree in International trading, customer service, import & export operation.
2. 3-5 years customer service / logistics related work experience, prefer to work in a chemical company
3. English writing and reading ability
4. Understanding L/C
5. SAP experience will be a plus
6. Good work management and team working sprit
