Key Duties主要职责
1、宴会部服务员直接向餐厅主管报告。
The Banquet Server will report directly to the Banquet Supervisor.
2、服务员的主要职责是超越所有内部和外部宾客的期望。
Server’s primary responsibility is to exceed all expectations of all Internal and External Guests.
3、尽力满足客人在餐厅里的需要和期望，并为其提供卓越的服务。
Facilitating an excellent guest experience in the Banquets by ensuring exceptional products and services at all times.
4、确保高质量的完成所有的标准程序，规则和规章，服务质量和服务流程。

5、我们所提供服务应反映了华美达新园酒店的高标准和超越所有客人的期望。
Ensure that all standard procedures, rules and regulations, quality of service and sequence of service are highly implemented.
6、支持相关的管理要求。
Support any activities of the management.
7、遵守所有的规则、规章、政策和酒店的流程。
Abide by all rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the hotel.
8、用专业的方式来确保部门内部有效的沟通。
Ensure the effective inter departmental communications are conducted in professional manner.
Key Responsibility主要责任
1、通过各种互动形式展示华美达新园酒店的服务及标准。
Demonstrates RAMADA Xing Yuan Hotel Service Promise Standards in all interactions.
2、报告员工正常出勤情况，并根据仪容仪表标准穿统一制服。
To report on duty punctually, in full uniform according to appearance and grooming standards.
3、时刻同华美达的同事保持并促进一种积极的工作关系。
To promote and maintain a positive working relationship at all times with all the Colleagues.
4、坚持提供专业、友好的热情的服务。
To consistently offer professional, friendly and warm service.
5、表现出对华美达新园酒店政策及程序和服务标准的真正理解。
To demonstrate a complete understanding of Banquet Policies & Procedures and Service. Standards as outlined in the
Ramada Shanghai Caohejing.
6、完全了解你的营业网点和在酒店进行的所有其它特殊促销中的菜单和饮料单；了解菜单所有项目、装饰菜、内容和烹制方法。对回答客户关于菜单的名称非常有用。
To have full knowledge of the Menu, Beverage lists in your Banquet and all other special promotions taking place in the hotel. Knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods. To be able to answer any Guest questions about menu items in an informative and helpful way.
7、严格要求他的/她的外表及个人卫生情况，确保他的/她的工作制服与鞋子穿戴始终达到最高标准。
To have pride in his/her appearance and personal hygiene, making sure that his/her uniform and shoes are always of the highest standard.
8、真诚地为宾客提供无与伦比的服务体验。
Has a genuine desire to provide an unparalleled guest experience.
9、采用适当方式处理所有宾客的意见反馈，从而确保所有宾客能够满意离开餐厅。如果无法改变情况，必须通知餐
厅主管或经理，以便有助于服务补救。
To handle any guest feedback in an appropriate manner ensuring the guest leaves the function completely satisfied. If unable to correct the situation the colleague must inform supervisors or managers in order to facilitate service recovery.
10、若服务过程发生错误，应采取纠正措施，并确保所有解决方案能超出宾客期望。
To always take corrective action if service errors occur, ensuring all solutions exceed the Guests expectation.
11、了解交班报告，明白安全存储或收取应付款的非现金/现金交易和流程。
To understand shift end reports, have knowledge of non-cash/cash transactions and procedures for depositing monies into safe or collecting due backs.
12、了解每个服务站的工作情况，及其全面职责。
To understand each service station and all side duties assigned to that station.
13、参加餐前介绍和周度和月度的交流会，不断改善宾客体验。
Attend pre-meal briefing, weekly and monthly meetings to continually improve guest experience.
14、懂得使用餐厅内的所有设备。
To understand how to operate all the equipment used in the banquets.
15、完全理解并遵守酒店回收计划和流程。
To fully understand and follow the hotel’s recycling program and procedures.
16、积极参与整个酒店和餐厅的卫生与安全程序。
To actively participate in all health and safety procedures for the banquets and the entire hotel.
17、在处理餐饮产品时，能够遵守所有安全与卫生规定。
To follow all of safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
18、执行经理要求的与餐厅服务质量有关的所有杂项工作和职责。
