1. 中专及以上学历，机械类及相关专业尤佳。
2. 识图能力，能看懂各类产品的机械图纸，了解美国图纸标注方式。
3. 能够熟练使用常规量具：卡尺、千分尺、高度尺，有CMM操作经验者尤佳。
4. 良好的沟通表达能力，做事认真，有责任心。
5. 有办公软件基础。
