As an LBU Quality Manager, you will be part of the Motion Business and Motors and Generators (BL) Business unit, based in Shanghai. ABB is the World leader in Motion Business offering a wide range of products and services including drives, motors, generators and robots. Key applications include energy conversion, actuation, automation, standardized manufacturing cells for applications such as machine tending, welding, cutting, painting, finishing, palletizing and packing, and engineered systems for the automotive industry.

You will contribute significantly to successful results in projects in Motors and Generators Business Line/Motion Business in Shanghai/China country/NAS region. You will utilize your knowledge and skills in technology and/or product development to identify and implement innovative solutions.

? Responsible for global and local product maintenance.
? Lead Mechanical structure design for customization product and global product development.
? Arrange and coordinate mechanical test internal or external.
? Prepare detail relevant technical documentation, user manual etc.
? Work with Manufacturing and Quality to achieve quality, reliability and manufacturability targets.
? Work with SCM and SQE team to improve the quality of mechanical parts.
? Cooperate with the global team members for necessary technical issue and meeting.
? Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

? Bachelor’s Degree or above is required.
? Familiar with mechanical design, Motor or related industry is preferred.
? Good 3D design drawing skills, UG is a plus.
? Proficient skills in Windows, Microsoft Office, email communication, etc.
? Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills in English & Chinese.
? Able to work actively and effectively, self-starter and hardworking.
? Teamwork spirit.
? Fluent in oral and written English.
