Job Description

1. Steer EV government regulations, automotive industry road-map and market trend;
2. Identify the value chain of EV market, define target customer segmentation, understanding puchasing behavior and decision making;
3. Visit the important customers to know their needs and offer proper solution
4. Design EV service concept, value propostion and product road-map around "Parts+Diagnostics+Workshop services";
5. Formulate cross functional EV project team, build up the compentence and knowhow in EV industry;
6. Lead the team to define goals, plans and business activities and monitor closely for project impementation.

Qualifications

1. Master degree, major in engineering is preferred.
2. Deep knowledge product marketing and project management, EV industry know-how is preferred.
3. Proven track record of minimum 8 plus years of relevant experience in business development, product development in the relevant industry experience.
4. Strong ability in market research, analysis and forecast, good management ability;
5. Strong communication skills and confidence with executive level presentations;
6. Strong interpersonal, team building, and negotiation skills, ability to work with colleagues and customers at all levels of the organizations.
7. Fluent English both spoken and written.
8. Can accept around 30% business trip.
