General:

- Working in a team environment

- Reporting to team supervisor

- Following general company policies, Employee Handbook and other special policies

- Party-independent travel planning and documentation if requested

Product development / sales support:

- Prepare sales meeting and customer presentations with samples, product ideas and product information

- Realize product ideas with factories

- Analyze after-sales service statistics for product improvement

Order follow-up:

- Closing contract details and requirements

- Follow-up of order schedule and process deadlines

- Handling and checking of order documents

- Frequent factory visits during production by request

- Handling of QC on side if needed

- Discuss and avoid quality problems in communication with supplier

Qualification:

- Over 3 years working experience with outdoor/sport wear etc. better familiar with European market, especially with German market.

- Good knowledge at woven items

- Familiar with production process, workmanship

- Factory background will be plus

- Good English in written and oral

- Good communication skills and team work
