工作职责： 

1、全面了解客户要求，满足客户需求，必要时与客户直接进行有效沟通； 

2、负责所属项目的方案设计工作； 

3、根据客户预算信息，把握设计的创意方向、水准及进度； 

4、自我评估并改进设计方案、把控设计质量、项目安全性及可操作性，确保设计方案能够获得客户认可；

5、了解工艺、材料，有成本意识。 

任职资格： 

1.独特优秀的创意能力，独立完成设计，有成功设计案例。 

2.善于沟通，能准确完整的表达自己的设计思路，有求新精神，并勇于面对挑战。 

3.精通3D，平面设计等软件，扎实的美术功底

4.善于协作与沟通，具备良好的团队合作精神。 

5.从事展览设计5年以上的经验，有外展经验者优先。
