JOB SUMMARY:

The role of the application developer is responsible for new project and product solution, architecture and functional specification discussion, and product module development.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Base on new project requirement, propose for solutions.
2.Assist on business requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
3.Assist on creating functional specification.
4.Write technical specifications according to functional design
5.Develop assigned modules and do unit test
6.Product packaging and release

REQUIREMENTS:

1.Education: (Level and Major of Education)

?Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent discipline from a reputable University.

2.Working Experience: (Minimum experience required in a particular industry, type of organization , functional area)

?A minimum of 3 years open system and/or application development experience.
?Experience in Payments services desired but not essential.
?Design, develop project independently would be a plus.

3. Skill & Competency: (Such as personalities, leadership, teamwork, communication etc.):

Technical
?Should have very good knowledge about Core java APIs and hands-on experience in coding.
?Have base knowledge about JVM, GC, class loader etc.
?Sound understanding about basic computer science knowledge, such as OS, CPU, RAM, and network
?Experienced in RDBMS such as SQL Server, Oracle or My SQL
?Understanding XML related technologies is preferred, for example JAXB, XSLT etc.
?Experienced in J2EE,JSP, Servlet HTML, Java Bean
?Understanding application server such as Tomcat, JBoss, Websphere etc.
?Experienced in Unit testing, technical writing
Personality:
?Good teamwork and self-improvement capability
?Willing to take up responsibilities and do end to end support
?Stable performance under workload and pressure
?Eager to learn new knowledge and share with others
