1、全面主持公司设计部工作，负责设计部内部的管理体系与建设；

2、指导设计人员的日常工作，提高设计人员的专业技术水平；

3、负责公司设计与业务之间的高效配合、对设计方案等完整链条进行监督、跟踪，确保高效运转；

4、工作责任心强，具有团队组织协调管理能力，团队合作意识强。

职位要求：

1、6年以上展览设计经验，具备大中型展台、展厅设计的能力；

2、精通3dmax，并能熟练运用Photoshop、CorelDraw、Illustrator等软件；

3、拥有敏锐色彩感及把控能力，能把空间整体风格与文化及色彩的关系很好的融为一体；

4、熟悉临展展台与展厅的设计制作工艺流程，对展台展厅施工、结构安全、展览展示制作材料材质能熟练的运用与把控；

5、思维独特、创造性强、热爱设计行业、具有超强的管理能力。
