岗位职责：

1、分析和挖掘市场需求，建立新的营销方式和优化营销工具，沉淀促销推广模式；

2、负责店铺类目消费信息的搜集与分析，相关商品的消费者心理研究，建立用户行为分析与销售预测模型，制定营销推广方案，向客户推广新产品以及执行其他市场促销活动；

3、类目品牌与商品建设规划，协助负责招商人员完成优质供应商拓展，完善类目产品生产线；

4、建立所辖类目的网络销售渠道、运营体系；

5、采集用户需求，调整店铺商品类目、栏目发展规划及产品改进需求，提高类目、栏目的访问量与转化率；

6、负责店铺具体页面排期的执行、监测、淘汰；

7、组织和策划类目营销活动；

8、协助做好售后服务，提升客户满意度。

任职资格:

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上电商相关工作经验，熟练掌握it技术优先考虑；

2、熟悉包括信息流网络、知识流网络、资金流网络、物流网络、契约网络等在内的电子商务运作平台；

3、精通包括erp系统管理、scm供应链管理、crm客户关系管理在内的电子商务管理；

4、了解电子商务系统安全、金融电子化的安全等相关知识；

5、关注《中华人民共和国电子签名法》、《互联网信息服务管理办法》、《计算机软件保护条例》等相关法规。

6、具备较强的业务执行能力及谈判能力，具有优秀的数据分析能力及观察发现意识；

7、熟悉office常用办公软件的使用，拥有良好的亲和力及沟通协调能力，认真负责的态度、踏实勤奋的作风。

Shanghai Tardigrade Culture Media Co., Ltd. is an emerging company focused on the community marketing of ACGNM Youth Subcultures.
