Description

Answer, connect and transfer telephone calls
- Answer, transfer and connect telephone calls in line with the
Ericsson Culture;
- Transfer incoming telephone calls in accordance with the specified process
- Answer, transfer or take necessary messages to ensure that the customers needs are always to be properly seen and satisfied;
Make sure that all visitors are to register and make sure that visitors are not to go around the office without escort.
Ensure that all visitors will give back their visiting cards issued before they leave the company.
Register (if necessary), classify and distribute or assist in distributing all incoming mails, documents etc. to each department’s incoming box.
Collect, classify and see to it that all outgoing mails, documents and parcels are properly sent out.
Responsible for subscribes and keeping record of company newspaper, magazine, etc.
Assist in updating company telephone list, and other Ericsson office information.
Responsible for delivery the related company notice to the drivers and pantry ladies.
To prepare monthly payment for any express delivery.
Responsible for arranges birthday cake coupon and birthday card for staff.
Assistant in the conference rooms booking and arrange conference equipment (such as: projector, conference call equipment and laser pointer etc.)
Assistant in coordinate with company car pool.
Responsible for office supply, coordinate with purchasing procedure (stationery, office consumable, office equipment etc…)
Arrange related purchase and payment requests for Administration.
To be PABX affairs coordinator.
To manage the office storerooms and always keeping the updated record of stationery storage.
Responsible for stationery distribution.
Responsible for check the public working areas in each floor regularly, make sure all the poster on the wall or notice board are with the most updated and orderly information.
Responsible for count out the office monthly paper consumption, and make sure sufficient copy paper is available for each office store place.
Assistant with any other administrative work if necessary.

Qualifications

· Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English (level 6, in a scale 1-10)
· Sweet voice, patient and co-operative in answering telephone calls.
· Experience in similar position in other foreign companies.
