职位描述

美资公司,主要产品为触控屏,负责华东区域内大客户销售,主要行业为零售,商超等。希望人选有相关客户行业大客户销售经验。

Key Position Responsibilities

l Develop sales opportunities to ensures attainment of company sales target and profitability on yearly basis.

l Maintain, build and strengthen customer relation with inherited customers including distributor, reseller, system integrator and end customers, find way to secure all future business opportunity.

l Dig out new customer and sales opportunities by using different means, including but not limited to, personal network, industrial show, fairs, forum…., work with distributor, reseller, system integrator and end customers for these opportunities.

l Cooperating with functional departments to implement sales projects. Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty with customers.

l Timely, correctly and effectively registered all sales projects/pipeline in Salesforce.

l Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing proposal to prospect for approval, while striving to maintain balance between securing opportunity and profit margin

l Work closely with customer to deeply understand customer demand/request and project status, and then figure out most feasible forecast for demand planning team.

l As a strong coordinator and bridge to work with quality, FAE and R&D team on customer quality issue solving.

l Communication internal on sales issues.

l Information collection and feedback to company for strategy creation. Including competitor and market situation, weakness and strength analysis, and propose solutions.

l Weekly report to summarize what did/happened in last week, and plan in next week

l Join channel or customer meeting to enlarge network, and help sales opportunities.

l Join company market fairs to collect customer information on the fairs.

Key Competencies and Experience.

We are looking for a candidate who care about the quality products and services they offer, their customers, and their co-workers. We need a team player to join us and develop our business in Asia together to make a good future.

l You must be a candidate with strong passion on sales zone, high energic, self-driving, approachable, team player, solid, and high ethic, can work under big pressure.

l Strong communication ability with different stakeholders.

l High EQ.

l Good personal image.

l Diligent, nature studious.

l 6 years sales experience in IT industry, and at least more than 3 years in touch system product sales in retain, self-service or industrial/IoT market application.

l Industry experience is welcomed for hardware such as retail, transportation and automation.

l Ability to get in details and solve problem.

l Bachelor’s degree or above. A candidate learning marketing, IT or computer is preferred, but not must.

l Good English writing and reading ability.
