Responsibilities:

1. Give input and advice regarding new supplier approval via performing the supplier audit on site. And perform the annual supplier audit and validate the improvement effects.

通过执行新供应商审核，为供应商的批准提供输入和意见。执行现有供应商年度供应商审核并验证改善效果。

2. Launch the APQP of outsourcing new products, discuss the PSW & PPAP requirements with suppliers.

展开外购新产品的先期质量策划工作，和供应商沟通PSW & PPAP要求。

3. Validate the new samples and related quality documents. And execute the process audit for assuring the series run of new products from our suppliers.

执行新产品和相关质量资料的验证。并且执行过程审核，保证新产品能顺利批量生产和交付。

4.Monitor the quality performance of suppliers and start up various improvement activities and validate the improvement effect to reduce defects and decrease the quality risk.

监控供应商的质量表现并推动持续改善行动减少缺陷和降低质量风险。

5. Deal with internal & external customer quality complaints involved the outsourcing components, follow 8D reports, launch the investigation of root cause, define and validate the improvement actions, etc.

处理涉及外购零部件的内外部客户的质量投诉，追踪8D报告，展开根本原因的调查，拟定和验证改善行动等。

Requirements:

1. Junior college or above in Mechanical Engineering. Knowledge in plastic injection, rubber, fastener and packaging material will be a plus.

机械工程或铸造专业大专或以上学历，有注塑、橡胶件、紧固件和包材的知识尤佳。

2. At least 5 years working experience in SQE, PQE or similar area covering product validation, project implementation, process audit and supplier audit.

拥有至少5年工作经验，在供应商质量管理、制程质量管理或类似涉及到产品验证、项目执行、过程审核和供应商审核方面的工作。

3. Familiar with IS09001, TS16949 and other quality management system and implementation.

熟悉ISO9000、TS16949和其它质量管理体系和运作。

4. Familiar with APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, control plan, MSA, SPC, 8D etc.

熟悉APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, control plan, MSA, SPC, 8D等流程和质量工具

5. Strong analytical & technical skills with the ability to read and understand technical specifications such as 2d & 3d drawings, standards and technical regulations.

较强的分析和专业技术能力，能够阅读并理解技术条件，如技术图纸、标准和技术规格。

6. Familiar with GD&T and material test method, skillful use of dimension measurement gauge and equipment.

熟悉GD&T和金属材料测试，实际操作使用长度类尺寸的测量器具。

7. Strong written English, fluent oral English is preferred.

较强的书面英语，流利的口语更佳。

8. With good learning ability; detail oriented and analytical

具有较强的学习能力；关注细节，分析能力强。

9. Must be willing and able to travel frequently (30%).
