Job Responsibilities,

-Be a key person as finance business partner to support plant operation team on performance driving

-Prepare monthly productivity reporting package with proper comment; Track the productivity and drive initiatives to reach the productivity target;

-Work closely with finance shared service center and central finance team on monthly closing & reporting process, as well as yearly product cost & TP campaign;

-Prepare quarterly rolling forecast together with operation team;

-Support plant controller on process optimization and internal control compliance;

-Any other tasks requested by plant controller

Requirements,

-Education: bachelor degree or above in finance related area;

-Experience: At least 5 years working experience in accounting firm or top 500 enterprises and at least 3 years experience in costing analysis of manufacturing industry(Big-4 background preferred)

-Qualifications: Fluent in English writing, reading and speaking / CPA or CMA would be a plus /Good skills in Excel & PPT /Familiar with SAP
