Purpose

To complete Group Sales Team daily operation, assist team to set up smooth internal work flow, enhance working efficiency and maximize our GIT revenue.

 

Key responsibilities and tasks

• Handle GIT daily operation, provide reservation and ticketing services to GIT agencies and MICE partners, reply inquiries and handle adhoc and special cases;
• Assist supervisor to communicate with internal parties and adjust workflow in order to improve work efficiency;
• Complete GIT sales report for financial audit purpose and sales performance review;
• Assist team to prepare seminars and engagement activities to the relevant agencies to promote products and services;
• Monitor agencies daily operation performance, maintain a convenient and effective communication with agencies;
• Willing to work on shift in public holidays.

 

Qualifications / Experience

• Good team player with patience, willing to work under pressure and complete daily tasks independently;
• Very attentive to details;
• Customer- focused;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• College degree or above holder
• Preference will be given to candidates with relevant reservation and ticketing experience with the Amadeus reservation system;
• Proficient in written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English;
