1. Develop test specifications for functionalities according to given requirements and specifications
2. Manage and perform tests and develop reports according to the defined test process
3. Set up software validation environment
4. Develop software validation documents related to projects
5. Provide necessary support on customer and other departments from software perspective
6. To report to the R&D manager, the progress of all his projects and tasks.
7. To enforce all quality related activities.
8. keep close contact to the customers, suppliers and other departments.
9. To be accountable of the test done in his Department.
10. To be responsible of the timeliness of all related activities of his projects.
11. Work timely on other tasks as assigned by R&D Manager.

Qualifications:
1. University diploma or above in Electronic Engineering, Cumputer Sience or related majors
2. 3 years above testing experience in automotive industry
3. Basic practical experience using test tools, e.g. oscilloscope, power supply, CANoe
4. Basic practical programming experience, e.g. C, Visual Basic, CAPL
5. Automatic testing experience, 1 year above Python programming experience on embedded software testing is a plus.
6. Basic electronics knowledge, e.g. knowledge of the functionality of electronic components, reading schematics
7. Basic experience in embedded systems, automotive system know-how and electronics, manufacturing knowledge, e.g. knowledge of ECU production process;
8. Good PC skills;
9. Good command of English in both spoken and written, CET 4 is a must.
