Purpose of position:
To manage the projects from the electronic quality point of view, collect all information related the status of the project to identify the risks inside the projects, push to run out of the critical status as soon as possible.

Responsibilities
1. Complete evaluation of the dedicated in the Quality Status Report for Project Management and R&D issues.
2. Track that projects are managed according defined rules.
3. Support Project Leader Electronics in handling the electronic issues in the right way.
4. Ensure that on the Project Assessment milestones, Maturity Milestones and D-FMEA the electronics points are considered completely.
5. Take care that specific characteristics are defined as an interface to the production on all hierarchy levels.
6. Push for strong communication between R&D mechanics, R&D electronics, production plant, supplier, Purchasing.
7. Strong communication to EQM employee in the production plant and evaluate the QSR together.
8. Reduce the number points evaluated with yellow inside the Quality Status Report.
9. Escalate the points evaluated with red and guiding the topic to green or at least yellow evaluation as soon as possible.
10. Request management support in case of critical points.
11. Establish Interfaces to QMP, PM, R&D, SQA, PUR, Plants and ID.
12. Drive activities needed to reaching a final release without necessity of special releases.
13. Implement lessons learned in a strong way.
14. Set up necessary quality management actions independent of the project hierarchy.
15. Check whether projects are working according defined rules and pushing accordingly.
16. Check and track the defined quality objectives according to defined rules.
17. Release PPAP for electronics (in-house production) in case no EQM-Ind in the affected plant is available.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Electronic Engineering or Physics;
2. Five years plus working experience in the Project management field with foreign-invested companies;
3. Technical Know-how in electronic design, mechanic design, eletronic and mechanical production, ESD standard acc. IEC 61340, FMEA;
4. Knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO-TS 16949 requirements;
5. Knowledge of Quality Management and Quality Tools (8D, Ichikawa, PDCA etc.);
6. Knowledge of MS Office programs;
7. Negotiating skills;
8. Fluent English language;
9. Excellent reactivity, problem solving;
10. Availability to travel;
11. Team-oriented, open and communicative character;
12. Able to work under pressure in a global team;
13. Determined to achieve the goals.
