职位描述
Purpose of position
In coordination with Regional Operations Manager and headquarter coordinator ensure
- Headquarter targets are understood and define regional target together with Operations Manager for each plant
- Support all Asia plants for efficiencies by managing/coordinating all Plant work analysis manager
- Ensure all standards are applied and support the evolutions, as per AL Central directions
- Develop knowledge of his team and support skill development of plants team through workshop in Asia/Europe
- Ensure reporting weekly/monthly/yearly to regional Operations Manager and headquarter
Responsibilities
In project phase
- Ensure support to PE regional manager, for RFQ’s (layout analysis, efficiencies, etc…) by providing inputs on layout analysis, manpower, line balancing, workstations,…from the RFQ, through all WPI steps when escalated to Asia level
- Ensure plant team participate in WPI for all new projects
- Ensure budgeting and FCST targets and follow up results for
Line Analysis, Losses Calculation and main indicators knowledge
- Determine the performance index by plant
- Evaluate the actual performance (efficiency index, losses, indirect…)
- Ensure fully use of SAP standard modules for Manpower estimation
CYCLE TIME Reduction
- In charge of analyzing opportunities at Asia level, for yearly cycle time reduction target to support productivity improvements
- Propose and follow up, labor losses reductions and OEE/OLE improvements in each factory
- Ensure standards in Asia plants
SMED
- Provide yearly targets versus achieved, achievable and costs ensure the proper B/C
- Ensure we focus and refer to 'benchmark plant' and real achieved Change over time used with logistic
- Ensure optimization of Capacity (LL reduction) or /and WIP level (Batch size reductions) (targets with Regional SCM /Operations)
Management and Development of Know How/ standardization through all plants in the region
- Performance indicators based on the relationship between the effective produced volume and the workers presence, taking in consideration the OP
- FCST Manpower calculation standardization
Safety, Norms and procedures
- Knowledge of the norms and rules that regulate the employment relationship
- Knowledge and application of the trade union agreements managing resolutions and litigations
- Knowledge and application of local, national and international norms regarding health and safety
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree
- At least 5 years manufacturing experience, preferred in automotive industry
- WCM coordinator or CD would be a plus
- Good command of English in both spoken and written
Capabilities & Desired Characteristics
- Manufacturing experience (Pre production, Manufacturing Manager, Senior Engineer Expert, Assembly Manager,..)
- Industrial cost analysis experience, costing experience (WCM coordinator, Cost deployment expert,..) WO pillar/specialist
- Management skills
- Communication skills to Down and to Top as need to work also with Central HQ
