SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

· 10+ years experience in plastic extrusion and sheeting processes

· 10年以上塑料挤出和片材挤出方面的经验

· Working with PS and PC based materials, including carbon loaded products

· 懂得PS和PC等基础的原材料，包括碳层覆盖的产品

· High level of knowledge of extrusion process and equipment, including driers, extruders, co-extrusion dies, calendaring rollers and winding systems

· 较强的挤出流程和设备的知识，包括干燥机、挤压机、混合挤压模具、滚轴机和缠绕系统

· Engineering Degree--Mechanical, Manufacturing, Material Science or similar with some CAD computer skills.

· 工程学位-机械、制造、材料科学或相关专业，具备一定的CAD软件技能

· Understanding of Design of Experiments, FMEA and other process improvement tools

· 懂得设计相关的流程和工具对模具进行测试

· 5 years of supervisory experience with production staff
