HSBC Operations, Services and Technology is a pivotal part of the Group, providing essential operational and technical support to our global businesses and helping improve customer service and efficiency. HOST combines global expertise and technology to help keep us ahead of the competition. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
?Manage IT enterprise services in IT infrastructure delivery area in banking business
maintain relationship with national banking regulator and fulfill the compliance of regulation
lead IT operation and service to support bank applications in China region
collaborate with internal and external technology and service providers to build and support IT growth
work closely with global and local IT service function teams in on-premise and cloud infra enviroment
lead global and local projects and initiatives from concept to solution landing
职位要求：
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
?5+ year IT manager experience and 3+ year banking experience
5+ year IT technical hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, such as mainframe, unix, linux, windows, database, middleware, storage, backup, etc.
3+ year IT project management and delivery experience, such as migration, DR drill, etc.
strong driving force, impressive leadship skill and communication comprehence
fluenct english speaking and writing capability
proven good team worker
familiar with compliance of regulation in banking and finacial industry
