1.  Perform critical process development or modify existing process formulations according to customers' requirements 
2. Define processing and equipment specifications
3. Review processing techniques and methods in manufacture environmental
4. Participate design requirement review with hardware engineering team to ensure capability and compatibility of processing method.
5. Collect and evaluate test data to determine hardware limitations for process or material specifications.
6. Conceive, define and plan projects with new concepts and/or new approaches in processing.

资历要求:

1. PhD or Master(with working experience preferred) in applied chemistry, physical chemistry, chemical engineering and material science.
2. Strong technical understanding of semiconductor fabrication process and integrated process flow.
3. Be able to solve complex process and equipment engineering issues with minimal supervision.
4. Good at English writing and reading.
5. Good communication skill and strong team spirit.
6. Self motivated, proactive and hardworking 
7. Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
