职责

· Promoting and selling the company products and services

· Participating in the planning and execution of the company’s
marketing strategy and promotions

· Participating and providing support in the regular company events
including seminars and presentations

· Providing necessary client services to ensure high quality client
experience and create new opportunities for new sales and referrals

· Participating in new strategy formulation and execution process

· Be accountable for both the individual and overall company sales
performance

· Participating in and be accountable for all the other activities
assigned by the company when necessary



岗位要求：



1. 对国际金融和投资市场有浓厚的兴趣并有最起码3年以上的与金融想关的工作或投资经验，

2. 语言要求：中英文（英语要求能熟练听和读，会简单说和写）

3．熟悉WORD，EXCEL，POWERPOINT等计算机办公软件。

4．懂得客户至上的道理，并能运用在实际日常的销售和客户服务当中。

5．定期需要在下班时间后或周末在上海和其他城市作或支持公司的销售讲座和活动

6．懂得合理安排时间和效率，并以每天为单位来创造价值，业绩和优秀的客户关系和服务。

7、外貌端庄，形象气质佳，普通话标准，口齿清晰

8．认真好学能吃苦，可承受较大的工作压力；

9、性格外向、表达能力强，具有较强的沟通能力和亲和力；

10、诚实守信，具有良好的团队合作精神；



岗位待遇：



1。公司会在10-11月份对所有员工提供全日制专业的技术和知识培训；培训的重点为：企业文化和流程，产品和服务，专业知识和术语，销售和讲座技巧，客户服务要求和技巧，以及团队合作精神等。

2。薪资构成：底薪+业绩提成

The company was set up at the beginning of this year to introduce financial and investment information, knowledge, expertise and opportunities to Chinese and foreign clients.
