Key Responsibilities:
1,Secure new sales for L&L Commercial Vehicles across the region and across all product lines:baffles,CBS,XIP,tapes,Deci-tex,adhesives &sealants.
2,Provide effective technical support across customers engineering, materials and operational departments to encourage CV clients to specify and utilize L&L offerings.
3,Directly manage simple Deci-tex projects to ensure effective,timely and profitable delivery of such components to CV customers.
4,Leverage support of the PD and PM teams to support effective positioning and delivery of CBS,baffle and complex Deci-tex projects to CV customers.
5,Manage existing clients to ensure robust business retention,establishment of best in class business service & reputation and optimization of sustainable long term strong profitability.
6,Develop,implement and maintain strategic account plans for all key target clients..
7,Develop, align and secure final approval for annual and 3 year sales and profit plans.
8,Provide regular, accurate and timely demand forecasts for colleagues in operations and supply chain.
9,Provide expertise and insight regarding new product development opportunities, and support follow up with relevant internal R&D or external alliance partners.
Requirements:
1,University degree or above in polymer science,mechanical engineering or chemistry.
2,Minimum 3 years experience of direct customer management of commercial vehicle clients within the region.
3,5 yeas extensive technical expertise in the practical use of structural adhesives,sealants and/or acoustic systems.
4,Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Mandarin.
5,Capable of managing multiple clients simultaneously.
6,Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills and acting as a powerful team player.
7,Well organized, with good record retention and reporting practices.
8,Responsible and professional attitude to all aspects of work.
9,Willing to travel frequently.
