工作职责
Responsibilitie:
- Achieve sales revenue and profit enhancement according to the business plan;
- Maintain/grow the business and increase the share of existing business;
- Achieve the new business/ account development according to the business plan;
- Managing the commercial relationship with relative customers;
- Act as the link in-between the customer engineering communities (development engineering, manufacturing etc.) and our development
- Proactively detects new opportunities at where we can bring our solution to the customer;
- Propose actively to the Sales and Marketing Director strategies for customers in order to increase market share and profitability;
- Prepares and provides annual account plans, forecasts and other performance reports;
- Be aware of our competition in our niche and updates the management.

要求
Requirements:
- University degree or above in auto, mechanical engineering, material engineering or related degree desired;
- Has technical work experience in mechanical or engineering or related field;
- Has engineering mind set in order to “sell” to our customer the concepts.
- Minimum 8 years relevant work experience in sales position and 5 years in automotive parts industry;
- Familiar with the development trends of overseas and domestic automobile industry and sales process;
- Excellent written and verbal English &Mandarin communication skills;
- Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills and acting as a powerful team player;
- Business-mindset and able to work independently;
- Willing to travel frequently.
