RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Properly executing the duties assigned.
-Performs maintenance and alteration tasks on civil aviation articles in LPT cell in accordance with the current technical data provided in the manufacturers'Instructions for Continued Airworthiness,Services Bulletins,service letters,Airworthiness Directives,government and industry standard practices,customers'requirements and other data acceptable to or approved by the CAAC/FAA and other aviation authorities.
-Apply knowledge in a practical manner using detailed procedures.
-Recognize repairable or as-removed units and match to their respective repair orders.
-Understand the basic principles in how a unit operates and know its most common causes for failure.
-Recognize and correct inaccuracies and simple issues.
-Know customer/manufacturer requirements and company policies and procedures.
-Ensure completion of work as per customer/manufacturer requirements and company policies and procedures by taking necessary measurements and checking duly completed paperwork.
-Familiar with all tools and equipment,including inspection aids,used within their assigned area of responsibility.
-Familiar with inspection of parts per technical data.
-Apply the data approved by all aviation authorities(e.g.CAAC/FAA)that applies to this unit:
a.CMM document number and REV level
b.SBs
c.ADs regulations that apply to a repair order
d.EIR(Engine Inspection Record)
e.Engine Manuals
-Know how to determine the serviceability of parts repaired.
-Able to perform cross-functional jobs within the cell.
-Other duties as assigned to him/her by the Supervisor.

QUALIFICIATIONS:
-Mechanical,Aeronautical or Mechantronics Engineering Diploma from a technical school or above.
-More than 2 years experience on CFM56 Engine Overhaul-LPT Module & Sub-module assembly/disassembly.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Can communicate in English.

上海普惠飞机发动机维修有限公司(Shanghai Pratt & Whitney Aircraft Engine Maintenance Co., Ltd. )

　　上海普惠飞机发动机维修有限公司由中国东方航空公司与美国联合技术公司旗下的普惠公司合资，于2007年11月6日正式成立，并于2009年9月正式开始生产。合资公司已取得中国CAAC维修执照、美国FAA维修执照。

　　合资公司设立在上海青浦出口加工区内，是华东地区一家飞机发动机维修服务中心，主要维修CFM56-5B、CFM56-3、CFM56-7型发动机，并逐步扩展到其他型号发动机。经营范围具体着眼于发动机及其相关零部件的MRO服务的开发与提供，包括发动机的进厂、拆散、技术检查、零部件及维修的外包与采购、组装、大修后的发动机的测试和交付，以及与之相关的所有规范工程、数据管理和行政管理等。合资公司将立足于中国东方航空公司在役发动机的修理，同时积极拓展中国国内和亚太地区的第三方发动机修理市场。

　　公司目前拥有150名左右正式员工和75名学徒工人，其中工程师和技师都有着丰富的发动机修理经验。公司组织架构分为工程、生产、质量、物料、设备、财务、人事等部门。设施全面投产后，每年将大修300台发动机，拥有大约600-800名员工。

　　合资公司将成为亚太地区提供发动机MRO服务的普惠“优秀中心”， 一个从事CFM56高压压缩机叶片维修（“HPC”）的“优秀中心”。
