-Bachelor degree in food science and related fields with 5-year experience in R&D area
-Good administrative ability & coordinative ability.
-Be familiar with the R&D management in food industry.
-Understand latest food technology
-Understand egg processing and/or quality management is preferred.
-Good communication skill
-Good command of English in Oral and written.
-Ability to think independently and quickly to resolve issues
-Strong computer skills
-Travel to U.S 3 or 4 times per year for training
Major Tasks & Activities主要工作责任:
Plan and direct the overall R&D activitiesDevelop new products to grow business in ChinaProvide technical service and application support for customersProvide technical support to Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Purchasing, Production, and Quality AssuranceResponsible for R&D project management, product development from bench top to successful commercialization, including sampling for Sales and Marketing needs, and providing workable solutions to both internal and external customers.Collaborate with R&D counterparts in US and ChinaDevelop egg ingredient applications for Chinese marketDevelop and present innovative concepts to internal and external accounts.Provide technical training for internal and external audiencesManage resources to meet budget
