ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSABILITIES:


1 Assists with and contributes to the development of new products.

2 Translation of any collateral given.

3 Conducting new ideas and observe market trends, design collecting before season conceptions, assist with decision making for new designs approval.

4 Assist in the monitoring of a time/action calendar and product for development/production on collection basis, ensuring that team members are working in accordance with the schedule.

5 Assist, establish and maintain relationships with both customers and factories

6 Assist or visit factories and markets frequently to asses & select the best & ideal ones for our products and customers

7 Taking up researches given by MD.

8 Take charge of brand marketing activities execution, including Advertising, Visual merchandising, Event, Promotion and so on

9 Contact, organize, manage attend bazaars frequently, included weekend sales.

10 In charge of store daily management including sales and personnel

11 Develop in-store campaigns and promotions that drive consumer traffic and buying

12 Provide feedback to retail and management team and taking action to drive business to improve future purchase decisions.

13 Working with MD to plan turnover, developing/order/margin every year and ensure the realization of the budget

14 Assist with development of new distribution centre monitors supply and demand for existing distribution center and maintains inventory.

15 Any ad-hoc duties given by Plush MD.


Job Qualification

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, Ad, PR and other related

2. Above 1 year working experience in marketing or brand building, good use e-marketing tools, like weibo, taobao

3. Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing, CET-6 or above

4. Strong ability in team work and excellent in communication and coordination; strong responsibility.

5. Strong ability in time management can to work on Saturday.
