岗位职责：

1、大学本科以上学历。（要求机械相关专业）

2、有8年以上阀门行业生产工作经验及在生产管理岗位上5年以上工作经验。

3、对机械加工比较熟悉。

4、能全面负责生产计划，生产跟进，物料控制，人员调配，安全生产。

5、精通阀门公司的生产运作和管理，拥有丰富的生产管理、成本控制、质量管理方面的经验，熟悉车间各工序操作流程和各岗位的作业技术指导；

6、对刀型闸蝶形阀门产品熟悉者优先。

7、具有良好的大局和团队合作精神。

Report to: General Manager
Direct Reports: The Production department, Warehouse department, QC department and Purchase department

Responsibilities:

1 Ensure Products are delivered in full and on time according to the product spec, planned schedule of operations, as well to the correct process, quality requirements.
2 Ensure adherence to the highest safety standards by implementation or assisting with implementation of best practices.
3 Maintain adherence to Quality Systems and ensure quality products are manufactured according to specification.
4 Ensure the most efficient and effective use of materials, manning and machinery through effective planning as well as planning implementation in conjunction with the relevant departments.
5 Maintain and be responsible for stock and stock data integrity with stock control of raw materials, consumables, work in process and stock reconciliation where applicable.
6 Develop, improve and document systems and procedures together with relevant departments to improve efficiency, safety and productivity.
7 Maintain a healthy team based attitude with all reports and assist in implementation of other non-report Departmental systems where applicable.
8 Develop and implement a Continuous Improvement culture within own and other departments.
9 Ensure, through effective management and standards, the highest degree of maintenance of company property and equipment to ensure a clean and healthy place of work for all direct reports and other related line functions.

10 Manages and executes various programs that lead to improvements in quality, costs and overall efficiency.
11 Evaluates and improves manufacturing methods, layouts, equipment and techniques.
12 Prepares monthly report and analysis for the management

Candidate Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering or technology;
Language: Must be excellent in spoken & written English.
Experience and Qualifications required:
l 8-15 years solid manufacturing experience in Valves Industry.

l Proven management skills, at least 5 years in management position
l Must understand machining, industrial engineering and quality systems
l ERP experience is preferred
