Position: Manager, Technical Service, Petro Chemicals
Work Location: Caohejing, Shanghai (Shuttle Bus Provided)
Reporting to: Senior Manager, Sales
People Management Responsibility: No

JOB OBJECTIVES:
To provide technical advice and services to customers and sales team with the objective to meet customers' technical requirements and support the business development of CP Plasticizers and 2-PH in whole China, in accordance with the agreed strategies and policies set.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide technical advice to customers;
2. Handle complaints on technical / product quality issues;
3. Plan and organize technical seminars to promote CP products, with the input from RBU;
4. Collect and compile technical data, prepare sales aids;
5. Share technical know how with Team and keep them updated with latest technical information;
6. Update and take proper actions related to the relevant regulations/government actions;

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Education: Master Degree above
2. Working Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in PVC related manufactory and/or multinational company
3. Technical & Professional Knowledge: 1). Experienced knowledge about chemistry/engineering; 2). Fluent in English and Chinese languages
