His/her Major responsibilities:

- Complete mechanical design work of engineering projects
- build up engineering team from the beginning and train them
- Do marketing work to find new customers
- Design and develop solutions, according to project targets and requirements
- Complete mechanical drawings and bill of materials
- Communicate and cooperate with customers
- Basic engineering (lay-outs etc.)
- Clarify Scope and define basic information needed to start design work (technical specification, sys-tem layout, customer standards etc.)
- Participate in design reviews
- Participate customer meetings and contact also other customer's units abroad if necessary
- Cooperate with other units of Elomatic in Europe
- Responsible for related engineering quality, check drawings and BOMs and supervising engineers
- Troubleshoot design related problems.
- In the future Supervision of installation & commissioning on site
- Other related tasks assigned by the Manager

Our Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience in mechanical engineering
- The candidates must have concrete knowledge of mechanical design. Having knowledge of paper machine design or heavy machine design is preferred
- Experience in paper machines or paper industry is plus
- Good command in language both spoken and written English, as well as Mandarin
- Good command in Office software and 3D engineering software (CATIAV5, Solid Works, etc.)
- Knowledge of stress analysis will be plus
- Proactive and can handle tasks independently
- Highly interest in Mechanical engineering design works
- Strong sense of team work and be adapt studying
- Is responsible of own engineering and design schedules and quality
- Management and Project leadership tasks
- Good responsibility, good teamwork spirit, remain active and positive
- Have a passport and willing to travel
- Good health
