岗位职责：

早教中心（学员面向0-6岁学龄前儿童）：

1）负责掌控早教中心的整体发展方向，制定符合现阶段运营的教学及销售目标，全面监控财务与经营状况，对董事会负责；

2）组织制定早教中心中长期战略规划及年度经营计划，并分工组织完成；

3）主持早教中心日常各项经营管理工作，建立顺畅、高效的组织架构，推动各项管理规章制度的建设和完善；

4）领导与监督各方向工作，通过制定阶段性绩效考核目标，指导、支持和促进各下属高效完成目标，提高工作效率；

5）负责该门店人员的管理，包括聘用、培训、解职、绩效考核等；

6）督导门店新老会员维护工作；

7）维护早教中心的正常运营，处理各类家长投诉和突发事件。

任职要求：

1 对学前教育行业有深入的理解，三年以上早教门店管理经验；

2 有较强的组织计划、沟通协调、人际交往能力，能够带领一个团队高效工作；

3 具有敏锐的市场洞察力和出色的预测、决策能力，对本行业的市场发展有深刻的理解，市场开拓能力强；

4 具备快速学习和解决问题的能力；

5 态度乐观、积极向上，具备良好的抗压能力及高度的敬业精神。
