Main Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate strong understanding, trust and relationship with senior level Clients
• Produce, seeks and able to sell quality plans and media opportunity to contribute to Client’s business
• Capable of being a persuasive presenter to clients
• Initiative on media opportunity seeking and evaluate to client
• Delivery client’s request exactly and track to make sure all revision will be followed to action
• Takes the initiative to learn media strategy to be a proactive Media Specialist instead of being a reactive Media specialist
• Be sensitive to new business opportunity and supportive to new business development for Planning Directors Demonstrate ability to delegate the planning team’s understanding and execution of resources within a Media Agency and it’s relationships
• Demonstrate ability to manage and coach a Planning team on personal and work issues
• Focus on team member growth with business

Key qualification:

• Minimum 5+ years media experience (preferably in Planning) in 4As agency
• Solid interpretation and competency of media concepts, of media research software programs and of system, ie monitoring, invoicing, placement of orders, briefing etc
• Fluency in English oral and written, familiar in computer operation
• Bachelor degree and above
