数码修图师\Retoucher

职责与义务：

1. 负责摄影作品图片的后期修图工作（商业用图与人像图);
2. 负责建立并管理图片资料库;
3. 协助同事完成上级布置的其它工作;

核心要求：

1. 1-2年以上修图经验；
2. 工作认真仔细，负责，品德端正，诚信，工作积极主动有激情，对修图行业很热衷，执行能力强，有团队合作精神及沟通能力;
3. 精通运用PHOTOSHOP等平面处理软件;
4. 有美术等相关基础；
5. 有独特的审美；
6. 服从上级安排，能独立完成工作，能够承受工作压力，适应加班;
7. 有4A广告公司合作经验者或摄影机构工作经验者优先。
