Work Location: Jinqiao - Shanghai (Shuttle bus is provided)
Reporting to: Manager, Process & Maintenance Engineering
People Management Responsibility: No
Shift Required: No

JOB OBJECTIVES:
- Planning and execute of electrical & instrument part for BCSC project.
- Support utility equipments maintenance

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide E&I support to the project team during Study and Conceptual Planning phase. Prepare design preconditions for other disciplines.
2. Prepare E&I equipment specifications and utility specifications.
3. Independently organize the technology negotiation and consultation with foreign experts, customers, Local Design Institutes, vendors, etc
4. Establish local know-how and market contacts and share with other/new projects.
5. Support PM/EM in project organization and management of cost, schedule, documentation, quality, safety, etc.
6. Support in preparing cost estimates according to BASF standards
7. Represent Owner interests towards the Local Design Institutes, vendors, construction companies, authorities etc.
8. Supervise contractors for the installation, relocation, removal and replacement of new and existing equipment
9. Take care for sufficient infrastructure and utility supply for all production needs
10. Continuously improve production process and facilities to meet EHS requirement, enhance productivity and reduce production cost
11. Ensure smooth implementation of small investment projects and any process modifications.
12. Take care for continuous know how exchange with oversea experts.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor degree, majored in Electrical Engineering or Process Automation
2. Min. 3 years of maintenance experience and 2 years of project execution in Auto and Food industry, ability to review P&ID
3. Acceptable communication skills in English and Mandarin
4. Able to use the software of AutoCAD and MS Office, etc.
5. Good character: responsible, reliable and willing to learn new technology.
6. Familiar with GB codes
7. Familiar with Siemens S5 PLC, and Wonderware intouch software.
